Upgraded Software:
web.unbc.ca is now running SUSE 9.1, Apache 2.0.49,
MySQL 4.0.18, Postgres 7.4.7, PHP 4.34, perl 5.8.3

Htpasswd Installed:
Htpasswd has been installed on UGRAD and GPU.
Htpasswd is used in conjunction with htaccess for user authentication.
